APEX Pro offers a 60 day no questions asked return policy and a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty.

If you experience issues with your APEX Pro device within the first 12 months of ownership, fill out the form below to request a warranty repair. (Note: if you have Gen 2 Hardware that turns on but stops loading with 3 or 4 red lights illuminated, contact us about replacing your hardware beyond the nominal warranty period.)

After submitting the form, the APEX Pro team will contact you via email to determine the next steps for your warranty request. Once your issue is determined to be a hardware problem, our team will enter your request into the warranty process, cover your shipping costs, and repair and return the unit to you promptly. We stand behind the product completely and feel that a 12-month warranty will give you immense peace of mind when using your APEX Pro device.

In most cases your repaired unit will ship back to you within three business days after it is received.
