The APEX Pro team has thrown all of their weight behind the Apple/ iOS App platform – APEX Pro is releasing updates to improve functionality and fix bugs at least once per month! The App team monitors crashes and bugs closely. So what are the key things to know to keep your APEX App updated and working properly?

Apple recently released iOS 13 – the allows for all sorts of useful new features and enhancements to the APEX Pro app as well!
This also means older iOS devices will no longer be able to download the latest version of the app. Specifically, if your phone is not an iPhone 6S, iPhone SE, or newer, you cannot update to iOS 13. This means iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 are stuck with iOS 12.4.1. Check out this article for more info:
iPad now gets its own OS!
The new OS means iPad owners can get way more out of their tablets. Most iPads made since 2015 can update to iPad OS. The iPad OS uses the same numbering system as iOS. Here’s a list of compatible iPads, and a link to an article with more information!

What happens if I don’t update my app?
If your app is not up to date it is more likely to crash or have minor bugs that affect the user experience. Older apps will not be as friendly with newer iOS versions as well. It is always best to update your iOS software and APEX App together!
